Robert Ades
Mr. Ades joined the operating team of Rugby Realty in 2005, after spending the previous seven years working in a variety of management roles at A&E Stores, Inc. In the fourteen years since joining the commercial real estate business, Rob has risen to the role of Executive Vice President and has been responsible for the repositioning of millions of square feet of Rugby assets, including large capital and tenant improvement projects. He has consistently been able to take underperforming assets and lease them to near 100% occupancy.
Rob has orchestrated some of the largest lease deals in the state of Connecticut over the last few years, and in 2018, he spearheaded our expansion to Cleveland, Ohio with the acquisition of Rugby’s largest building to date, the 600,000 square foot AECOM Building. Rob lives in Pound Ridge, NY with his wife Liz and his three children, who are all enthusiastic campers!

Gil Fishman
Gil Fishman, Senior Risk Advisor at York International Agency LLC located in Harrison, NY. Gil is married to Fran Fishman, residing in Scarsdale and has two children, Jonathan and Scott. He’s blessed to have Chloe and Reid as grandchildren. His hobbies are golf, tennis, basketball, travel and spending quality time with his family. He serves on 3 non for profit boards.

Scott Eichel
In August 2018 Scott joined Barklays as Global Head of Securitized Products and a Managing Director at Barclays International Inc.. He is also a member of CIB Risk Committee and Markets Management Team. Prior to that, Scott was on the buy side of the fixed income world at HPS Investment Partners as a Partner/Managing Director, running the Securitized Credit Strategy from August 2015-June 2017. Before that Scott was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Brevan Howard, focusing on trading US Asset-Backed and Mortgage Backed Securities. From 2008-2015 Scott was a Managing Director and Global Head of Asset Backed Products and Credit Trading of RBS. There, Scott was responsible for overseeing and managing the bank's $70 billion Global Asset-Backed and Credit Portfolios in the Investment Bank. Scott worked at Bear Stearns from 1997-2008 where he was a Senior Managing Director and Senior Trader, rising to Co-Head of Mortgage-Backed and Asset-Backed Trading.
Scott has a Batchelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Certificate in Markets and Management from Duke University (1997). He lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife Kate and three wonderful children (Billie 13, Summer 11 and Caleb 3).

Kirsten Krohn
Kirsten Krohn is a professional actress and commercial voiceover artist. Her voice has helped promote consumer products like Charmin, Garnier, Verizon and Geico as well as narrate programs for the Discovery and Smithsonian Channels. She has also worked in public relations and fundraising in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, respectively.
Kirsten has been on the Board of Focus For A Future since 2010 - organizing the annual appreciation dinner and helping to promote its vision. She received her BA from Cornell and lives in Westchester with her husband, Dr. Douglas Krohn, and thier four sons.

Stephen Rosenblatt
Stephen has worked at Lehman Brothers/Barclays for 21 years and is a Managing Director in Equities where he is responsible for Program Trading Distribution in the Americas. Stephen graduated from Union College in 1987 with a BS in Applied Mathematics and he earned his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1998. Stephen lives in Larchmont with his wife Laurie and 3 children Jessica, Ryan and Shawn. Summer camp is extremely important to Stephen as he spent 11 summers at several camps.
He has previously served on several boards including the Morningside Montessori School and the Larchmont Mamaroneck Basketball Association. Stephen is excited to be a new board member of Focus For a Future.

Andrew Wallach
Andrew Wallach is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG), overseeing his company’s wide-ranging global businesses. Andrew is the fifth generation of CNG’s founding family and joined the company in 1996. Over the past decade, Andrew has helped drive the company’s effort to consolidate the North American Paper Distribution business and expand both product categories and geographic regions around the world.
Prior to becoming CEO, Andrew held a number of positions within CNG’s Central National and Lindenmeyr Munroe divisions and in 2003 he was elected Senior Vice President of CNG. He became Executive Vice President the following year, was named President in 2007 and appointed CEO in 2015.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College in 1995 and an MBA from Columbia University in 2000, where he is a member of the Advisory Board of the Deming Center at Columbia Business School. In addition, he serves on several philanthropic boards.

| Ty Wallach
Ty Wallach is a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Atlas Merchant Capital's credit strategy. From 2008 until 2018, Mr. Wallach was a Partner and senior member of the investment team at Paulson & Co., where he served as Co-Portfolio Manager of the Paulson Credit Opportunities Funds and Paulson Strategic Partners Fund. Prior to joining Paulson, Mr. Wallach was a Partner and Managing Director at Oak Hill Advisors, serving most recently as Co-Head of European Investments. He joined Oak Hill’s New York office in 1994 and spent more than 10 years investing in public and private securities before co-founding the Firm’s London office in 2005. Mr. Wallach began his career as an investment banker at Kidder, Peabody & Co.
Mr. Wallach graduated from Princeton University in 1993 and is a CFA charter holder. He has served on the boards of directors/trustees of multiple corporations and nonprofits. Mr. Wallach lives in New York City with his wife and two children, both of whom love camp. Mr. Wallach was a camper himself for many years and maintains many of the friendships he formed during his summers at camp.

David Wasserman
David has been an investment professional for over 20 years at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a leading global private equity firm managing over $20 billion of capital, and prior that worked at Goldman Sachs. His extensive investment track record includes backing founder-driven businesses and executing complex corporate carve-out transactions. David has served on eleven boards of directors and worked closely with management teams across many different industries to build market leading companies. He also helped established CD&R’s joint venture in India, Kedaara Capital, which manages over $1 billion.
David serves on several non-profit boards, including Turnaround for Children and the Atlanta Hawks Foundation. He is the co-founder and former Chairman of the Mount Sinai Children’s Environmental Health Center. David received a BA from Amherst College and a MBA from Harvard Business School. He lives in Scarsdale, New York with his wife Carolyn and four children.

Matt Ziffer
Matthew Ziffer is a Portfolio Manager and Partner at One William Street Capital Management. He leads distressed residential whole loan trading and credit impaired securities trading. In addition, Mr. Ziffer is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and manages the firm’s loan servicing relationships, due diligence on vendors as well as its loan-level surveillance efforts. In that capacity, he is responsible for the acquisition, management and disposition of distressed loans and securities.
Prior to joining the firm, he was Head of the Residential Non-Performing and Scratch & Dent Mortgage Trading Desk at Lehman Brothers. Previously, Mr. Ziffer was an Assistant Vice President in the asset-backed securities group of Deutsche Bank, focusing on the financing of various assets including non-performing residential mortgage loans. He began his career in the capital markets group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
Mr. Ziffer received a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park and was awarded a J.D. magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was a Law Review Editor. Matthew lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife Hilary and 3 sons.

Michael Zucker
Since 2005 Michael has been a Managing Member at NorthStar Capital Funds. Michael Attended NYU for his MBA in 1989 and graduated from SUNY Albany in 1983.
He has 4 children and lives in Westchester New York.
